What is Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching?
NLC is a process that looks at the diet and life choices of an individual and works with them to make changes that lead to improvements to their health and well-being. These improvements could be mean steady and sustained weight loss, increased energy levels, better work-life balance, reduced stress, more beneficial sleeping patterns or a combination of all of these. There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach. We are all different, have different lives, responsibilities and bodies. The Nutrition and Lifestyle coach works closely together with the client to design a programme that is personal, achievable and hopefully enjoyable.
