About LJ Lifestyle
I’m Laura Jane Wills, and I’ve developed a keen interest in health and nutrition over the last few years. I decided I am passionate enough about it to share the knowledge and information I have gained with those who need it. I wondered how to combine this passion for food and nutrition with running a small business and decided that LJ Lifestyle was the answer. I want to provide help and guidance to individuals looking to make significant changes to their lives, health and well-being.
I studied with the Institute of Health Sciences, gaining a Level 4 Diploma in Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching. I’m also a member of the Complimentary Medical Association and am fully insured to practice.
My goal is to work with anyone wanting to improve their health and well-being to deliver lasting, meaningful results. If you really think about it, many of you may realise it has been some time since you felt truly well or healthy in yourself, but you are not sure what you need to do to change this.

I stay up to date with research into food, nutrition and well-being, and endeavour to use only current, proven methods to help you achieve your goals.
