We provide... All bills except telephone are included (electricity, gas, Council Tax, TV Licence, Water). Wireless broadband is included (tenants provide wireless cards). All communal areas are cleaned on a weekly basis. The gardens are tended on a weekly basis. All rooms have TV aerial points. All houses have a communal kitchen/diner and living room equipped with TV/DVD.
Requirements... All rooms are single occupancy (occasional overnight visitors are permitted however). Strict no smoking policy in all our houses. We use assured short hold tenancy agreements with a minimum term of 6 months. All tenants must be in full time employment (sorry no students or DSS). Rent is payable in advance by monthly standing order only.
