We have 4 large double rooms including one fantstic ensuite in a newly renovated Victorian townhouse in Abington with mosaic tiled hallway, many original features and stripped wooden floors. This house has two bathrooms and an ensuite so nobody shares with more than one person.
The house is newly renovated to a high standard. All furniture is new and the standard of fittings is high. There is a gym with weights and cardio machine!
We only let rooms to professionals, and most of our tenants tend to be in their mid to late 20's. Some of our tenants use our houses as a base as they work away from home in the week.
Colwyn Road is situated on the Racecourse with a lovely back garden that opens onto the park. It is only a 10 minute walk from the town centre, with good access to shops. On bus route, and with good access to the A45.
